Blend of selected vegetables mashed to a spicy sauce
Ingredients: tomato, potato (35%), green peas (7%), cauliflower (4%), sunflower oil, onion, capsicum (2%), coriander leaf, garlic fresh, salt, chillies, spices, water, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg.
Cooking instructions:
Method 1 (Gas burner): Take unopened foil pouch and immerse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove pouch, snip and serve.
Method 2 (Microwave oven): Empty the contents of the pack in the oven bowl adn heat it for 1-2 minutes. Stir and serve.
