Thai curry paste and yellow

Ingredients: dried red chillies (20%) and shallot (20%), garlic (20%), spices (15%), salt (13%), lemon grass (5%), turmeric (5%), medical alpinia (galangal) (2%).

How to use (serving for 2-3 people):

First 50g. curry paste fry for a minute on low heat for 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Second Pour 400ml of coconut milk. Heat for one minute while stirring.
3rd Add 200g. choice of meat and cook, stirring, until the meat is tender.
4th Add 100g. potato and 50g. onion and cook until soft.
5th You can add any-favorite spices. Serve with steamed rice.

Net Weight: 400g.
Made in Thailand.
