Thai curry paste and green
Ingredients: fresh green chillies (33%), lemon grass, garlic, shallots, salt, alpinia Medical (galangal), coriander, cumin seeds.
How to use (serving for 2-3 people):
1. Stir 50g. of curry paste with 2 tablespoons of cvegetable oil (gentle heat 1min).
2. Pour 400ml of coconut milk and keep stiring (medium heat 1 min).
3. Put 250g. of your favourite meat and stir them until done.
4. Add fish sauce, palm sugar and other spices to taste.
5. Put 60g. of cut well eggplant and boil them until done, add some basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves and fresh green chillies.
6. Dress with basil leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
