Rogan josh originally is a lamb dish from the region of Kashmir. Thanks to kashmiri mirch-red paprika it has an intensive red colour. It's tasty and aromatic dish.
Ingredients: water, vegetable oil, concentrated tomato puree (9%), coriander, paprika (7%), salt, turmeric, lemon juice, cumin, onion powder, sugar, acetic acid, black pepper, fenugreek, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, spices (contains mustard). It may contains traces of Nuts!
