Patak’s pastes are great products for those who like to cook but don’t have much experience in making Indian dishes. With easy advices which you can find on the label you can make your own Indian dishes and if you wont tell then nobody will know that it wasn’t make by you from the starting. You can also follow a detailed recipe which is also on the label. Patak’s offers you a wide range of pastes so you can choose that which fits your taste best.
Jalfrezi is another typical indian dish, in which meat (or vegetables) is marinated in spices and after fried in oil. Final product is tasty, aromatic thick sauce which can be eaten with rice or indian breads.
Ingredients:
water, vegetable oil, onion powder (9%), paprika, dried red and green peppers (5%), desiccated coconut (5%), coriander, salt, concentrated tomato puree, acetic acid, sugar, spices (contains mustard), maize starch, ginger, garlic, dried coriander leaf, tamarind, lactic acid. It may contains traces of Nuts!
