Wheat flour, Chakki aata
Recipe for 4 Rotis:
100g Mix the flour with 75ml water. To form a soft dough knead dough until smooth. Divide the dough into
balls the size of a lemon and form to desired consistency sprinkling with flour to prevent the dough
from sticking together. Transfer the shaped dough into the hot pan and cook on both sides to gold-brown
color roti until they are ready. Enjoy :)
Add oil or butter and served with curry.
