Chyawanprash is an authentic ancient ayurvedic Indian health receipe comprising of natural ingredients (fruits & herbs) which is known from centuries. It’s a mix from fruits and herbs which has a positive influence on human’s body. Its texture is similar to jam and sweat, sour and spicy taste. Presently many companies are producing this herbal Jam, therefore its composition can differ-paste can be made from 25 to even 80 ingredients. However no matter who produce it the main ingredient of chyawanprash is amla, fruit known for its positive properties.
Some of the ingredients of Dabur Chyawanprash are:

Serving suggestions: 1-2 teaspoonful, traditionally taken with warm milk or by itself.
